**Returns and Store Credit**

At SMIK ROSEBERY, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within **7 days** of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be **unused**, in its **original packaging**, with **tags attached**
- The item must be in **perfect condition** with no alterations or damage

**Store Credit Only**

Please note, we do **not** offer refunds or shipping refunds as we operate a physical store. Instead, returns are eligible for **store credit** valid for **1 year** from the date of issue.

**Exchanges**

We do not offer direct exchanges. Use your store credit to select a new item within 1 year.
