7. Serving Formal Cashback Promotion – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion period: 1 July 2025 – 31 August 2025.
  2. Open to customers who purchase a formal dress in-store at Smik Rosebery during the promotion period.
  3. Each qualifying in-store formal dress purchase receives one (1) physical raffle ticket entered into the draw.
  4. The draw will take place on 1 September 2025. The winner will be contacted using the details provided on their raffle ticket.
  5. The prize is a full refund of the purchase price of the eligible formal dress, refunded to the original payment method.
  6. One entry per purchase. Limit of one prize per customer.
  7. The promotion applies to formal dress purchases only and excludes other categories (e.g. bridesmaid, mother of the bride, accessories) unless otherwise stated.
  8. Online purchases are not eligible unless otherwise specified.
  9. The winner must provide proof of purchase to claim the prize.
  10. Smik Rosebery reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
